Nice light under the lid, which pops open with a button and closes smoothly. Two holes and a center snuff-out make extinguishing cigarettes easy while driving. Easy to empty. Works better than others I’ve bought where lights failed or snuff-out spots were poor.

I live in California and my car is one of the only places I can smoke, so a car ashtray is a must. I won’t flick butts out the window because it’s illegal and I care about the environment. The push-button lid and two snuffers are game changers, especially when I don’t finish a cigarette and want to avoid a messy rim. I like the little color accent, and it has survived my dog stepping on it multiple times. Solid butt cup. Five stars.
I like that the inside has a metal cup. You can twist the top off to dump the cup. It is easy to clean. There are a couple of slots for holding your cigarette. There is also a slot for poking it out when you're finished. There is a metal bracket that you can use to clean the ashes off the tip. I like that this ashtray not only functions great but also looks nice.
I have tried quite a few cup holder ashtrays. This is by far my favorite one so far. The first thing I did was charge it. I like that it's rechargeable. It's so much better than having to replace a tiny button battery all the time. The ashtray fit nicely into my cup holder. I like that the lid locks closed. You push a button to open it. This will prevent accidental spills if you knock it over or drop it. It also seals tightly and prevents smoke from rising out. Having a built-in light makes a huge difference when driving in the dark. I used to get ashes everywhere. Now I know exactly where im putting them.
I love the lights on this ashtray at night. They do really help me to keep my ashes in the ashtray not around it. Honestly for me that's awesome. I now have much smaller mess to clean up, if any.It's also the perfect size to fit in my second cup holder. I was very pleased about that.
