Wow! This thing is amazing and versital. I bought and returned several neck and back massagers because they just didn’t really wish. This works so well for low, mid, and upper back, including shoulders and neck. It provides a wonderful amount of heat and is super powerful. Great product!

Recommended I suffer from trapped nerve in my back right shoulder blade . That now and again brings on pain. This machine has been brilliant. As Soon I switch it on. It help to make pain go away quickly. I don't need pain killer tablets. Love this machine.

This is the best back massager/lower neck massager I’ve ever purchased! It’s a bit wide for me to reach closer to the middle of the neck, a bit higher up, but I don’t care because you can just lie on it and roll your head one direction a bit. It amazingly feels as close to a real massage chair that I’ve ever felt! It’s also very versatile and can be used on different parts of the body. It’s also possible to learn how to lean into it if you’re trying to get pain relief on a certain spot for physiotherapy purposes. My only problem is not falling asleep using this awesome product and I never want to stop because it’s so relaxing. 100% will buy again if this one ever stops working, it’s a lifesaver for back pain and tight muscles on your back or the base of your neck and sends you to sleep! 💤 😁
